The Tenga took Japan by storm when it came on the scene. It didn’t take long to spread around the world and spawn numerous similar products. Tenga itself expanded on its discovery by releasing toys like the Deep Throat Cup and the travel size Tenga Egg. But other companies also go in on things. One of those companies was Kuudom. They released a hockey puck shaped travel toy called the Groomin Colors which is even more discreet than the Tenga egg. The Groomin Colors Cosmic Black was reviewed here last month. Now it’s time to take a look at the Groomin Colors Ocean Blue.
Externally the Groomin Colors Ocean Blue looks just like the Cosmic Black toy. It is packed in a small hard plastic case. When that case is opened a compressed toy and a packet of lubricant is found inside. The toy is easy popped into full shape. It can then be lubed up and flipped inside out for use. That is where the similarities end.
The lube that comes with the Ocean Blue Groomin Colors is fittingly blue. It almost looks like pure ocean water. That has a nice calming effect even in the heat of preparing to penetrate a male sex toy from Japan. It is very sticky but it also has a slimy characteristic that makes it great for use in this kind of situation.
The Ocean Blue has a nice large entrance hole and stretches extremely well. It could probably accommodate any man on earth with the exception of Long Dong Silver. It is very easy to enter with an erect member though a semi stiffy can be harder to get into the hole due to the flexible nature of the material. It pays to be worked up before having a go at this toy.
The inside of the Ocean Blue is fitted with small rubber ridges that look a lot like waves in the ocean. That is most likely by design though it may be more about appearances than performance. As far as I can tell the waves actually lend little to no felling to the toy. It is actually difficult to detect them at all when using the toy.
Because of the large opening the toy has a habit of leaking lube out of the entrance. With clear lube that sort of thing can be inconvenient. With blue colored lube it can create a real mess. Thankfully the lube is very easy to clean up even with the coloration. It doesn’t seem to stain either.
When things are going good the hole eventually catches around the base of the unit and helps to build a suction that feels nice. Although it is much smaller and less expensive, the Ocean Blue actually feels a lot like the Fleshlight Pink Lady when in use.
With any small and thing toy like this the onus is on the user to create the experience. Various methods of hand manipulation can be used to create different sensations, but the best seems to be a nice type grip used for quick and fast head work. This creates a really great sensation but can lead to a quick finish. Premature ejaculators beware!
The Groomin Colors toys are meant for one time use. For that they aren’t bad at all. With such a cheap price one could hardly expect more. The Ocean Blue edition is almost as good as the Cosmic Black though it doesn’t create as much sensation on its own.
