When I was a young boy robots were all the rage. The rise of Asian as a center of world power and manufacturer of so many things like Sony Televisions and Nintendo gaming systems surely played a part in this and stories of Japanese robots that could do all sorts of things popped up in the news on a regular basis.
The future is here, at least in part. We can now carry a super computer with voice recognition in our pockets and video chat with friends on the other side of the world just like The Jetsons.
While computers and communication have come a long way, the possibility of a robot enriched near future seems to have been oversold. I can’t think of many robots in my person life today and there are certainly no viable options for a walking talking robot babe that would wash my balls and play with my dishes or vice versa.
When the CoolMaleSexToy company was kind enough to send me a sample of the ZINI DIB Bang Bang robotic male masturbator to review I felt a mixture of excitement and trepidation.
I was happy to have a toy that would wank me off and leave my hands free for porn browsing, but I feared that the toy might be no better than the time I stuck my willy in a vacuum hose when I was seven. It turns out I was wrong on both counts.
It turns out the ZINI DIB Bang Bang doesn’t really do wanks. Instead it spins in circular motions in a variety of patterns. It also turns out (no pun intended) that it feels pretty good.
The Bang Bang comes in a box not much bigger than most high quality onaholes although the toy itself is pretty big. The toy is encased in plastic but it is very well made and solid. It is easy to open by simply popping off the top. Doing so reveals a skin tone cushion that covers the entrance and an odorless soft inside that is something like a Fleshlight.
Lubing the toy up is as easy as pouring some love juice down the open hole though some care is needed. There are reports of people ruining their toys by getting lube into the engine and the manufacturer even warns against getting any lube on the outside of the unit.
The thing doesn’t create as much sensation as an onahole on its own for a few reasons. One is the way the interior feels (or doesn’t feel) and another is the sheer size of the toy. It is clear that the Bang Bang is meant to be used with electricity and that’s how it shines.
The ZINI DIB Bang Bang has to be plugged into a wall outlet to charge. It takes about two hours to get a full charge when the battery is drained. Two sorts of plugs are included that allow people in South Korea, Europe and North America to juice up their sex toy with ease. Once the batteries are full it can be unlocked by pressing both the plus and negative buttons on the side as explained in the included multilingual instructional booklet.
The toy lights up around the two button pads on the side when powered up. Small LEDs shine in different colors to indicate which of the many rotations is being used. A circle button turns the unit on and cycles through the different actions available. A set of plus and minus buttons control the speed and a pause button does exactly what you would expect it to.
While the actions available with this toy are basically variations of rotation some are actually fantastic. One action has the soft interior spin back and forth in random patterns with real intensity and that feels incredible. The regular circular spin isn’t so great. Of course each guy is different but I’m sure everyone could find two or three actions that they really like.
The toy does make some noise. Although the sound might be mistaken for a hairdryer or something similar it might not be ideal for people trying to secretly get off without their roommates knowing what is going on. The sound dies down quite a bit when a hard boner is inserted into the spinning orifice though it never totally quiet.
As mentioned, the toy is bigger than most onaholes but the actual insides where the fun happens are a bit on the short side. It is possible for guys of normal length to bottom out if they thrust but that’s not a big deal since the toy isn’t designed for that kind of use.
Instead, the Bang Bang is meant to be stuck to a surface with the included suction cup so that it can spin around a hard on and bring hands free happiness. With a decent amount of lube and a good spinning speed it can even create quite a bit of suction which makes it even more fun.
The suction cup is pretty good and it will stick to most surfaces though it can fail at times. After a few uses it disconnected from the bottom of my desk once, probably due to the total weight of the toy and the wooden surface it was affixed to. It was easy enough to get set back up and spinning in no time though it is obviously distracting to deal with a rotating piece of electronics while in the middle of a stroking session.
No matter its minor faults, the Bang Bang is capable of delivering mind blowing orgasms. It has good action which can really mix things up, it works on its own which can deliver sensations different than those created by your own hand, and it keeps on spinning even after orgasm which is much more intense than the typical session which ends as soon as the feelings become too powerful.
The ZINI DIB Bang Bang is easy to take apart for cleaning. One simply has to pull three pieces apart to gain access to the entire toy. Water and the usual cleansing agents can be used though again care must be given to prevent water from getting into the battery or motor. It is good to treat toys like these with respect but too much worry is unwarranted. I have been using the toy for some time and neither lube, water or my insatiable urges have been able to kill it yet.
The ZINI DIB Bang Bang isn’t cheap but it isn’t really expensive either considering all that it can do. A high quality onahole like the Maria Ozawa Hole costs around half as much but it doesn’t include any motorized parts of batteries. I consider it a great buy and a good value though that may be easy for me to say since I received a review item free of charge. I only wish it had a jacking or sucking action. Perhaps the next toy from ZINI will.
