The front of the toy is meant to look like the lower part of face to some degree. A tiny molded nose sits at the top. Three large ridges help to grip the toy. A large mouth with molded lips serves as the entrance. The lips feel more rubbery than realistic when touched by hand. Things change when the toy is used as it was designed.
Between the lips there is a round mouth. Inside of that there is a set of skin colored teeth that seem to serve little purpose. Beyond the lips and teeth there is a throat lined with pleasure inducing pieces. The main innovation over the previous version of the toy is the presence of a large foamy-feeling tongue.
The roof of the mouth is lined with ridges that are a lot like the real thing. In the back there is a throat with a few nobs. This simply ends and there is no round reservoir as seen in most closed onaholes including the original Superb Fella.
Thanks to the big mouth and opening the toy is incredibly easy to lubricate. You just have to pour some of the wet stuff in and the the mouth almost sucks it up. Entering the toy is just as easy. No effort is really required.

All of the Superb Fella toys are a bit on the short side. In the original this was no problem. The soft back actually helped build a deep throat sensation. In the Superb Fella 3 the back was too hard and uncomfortable. The back of this toy is soft. It isn’t bad but it can be a small bit of a nuisance after a while. Thankfully it’s not really that noticeable, and there is nothing else in this toy to complain about.
The provided lubricant isn’t bad. Like real saliva it is a bit stringy. Because of that it can be a bit messy. The messes aren’t huge hassles to clean up. After all the stuff is water based. Still, I think it can be just as good if not better to use some of the SOD Creation Lotion instead. It feels just as good with none of the mess. The bottle provided with this toy doesn’t last long anyway.
Cleaning the thing is no real issue either. You don’t have to flip it inside out because the mouth hole is so large. Instead you can simply flush it out with water and cleaner. It dries quickly and has the quality and makeup to last a long time.
